What you will do
• Act as an advisor and thought leader on Copilot for Microsoft 365 to enable clients to fully adopt and get the most out of the solution.
• Foster client relationships by understanding their challenges and addressing questions from front-line employees to executive leadership, communicating effectively.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops such as discovery and use case ideation, requirements gathering, mapping and review of processes and data, current state assessments, fit-gap analysis.
• Build and deliver customized trainings for M365 Copilot adoption, including prompting, for different functions and personas within companies in a variety of sectors.
• Prepare related document deliverables; current and future state assessments, maturity review, fit-gap assessments, M365 roadmaps, data security and compliance strategies, as well as change management strategies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to lead and participate in pre-sales activities including preparing and delivering demos, presentations, proposals, estimates and point of views (POV).

Contribute with our multi-functional team of Microsoft specialists in a project delivery capacity to design, build, and implement technology solutions and assist clients with preparing for and enabling Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Work on a wide variety of projects for clients in a variety of industries with varying scope and complexity at the same time, including but not limited to identifying new generative AI use cases as capabilities evolve, and testing advanced use cases through prompt engineering.
• Champion your own growth trajectory and learning interests to deepen your understanding of relevant trends, technology stacks and innovation strategies.

What you bring to the role
Consulting experience, with proficiency in both French and English as this role will require collaboration with english stakeholders as well as frequent presentations, client exchanges and meeting solely in English
• A deep understanding and ability to articulate best practices and applications of Microsoft 365 in the context of data and artificial intelligence powered business and digital transformation.
• Current and up-to-date knowledge of generative AI tools, preferably M365 Copilot with knowledge of prompt optimization and prompt engineering
• A keen ability to communicate effectively with both business, and technical client stakeholders at varying levels, executives, IT, and business users.
• A proven track record with Microsoft 365 pre-sales initiatives such as estimates, demos, presentations, and proposal development.
• Experience working in a client facing role to advise, plan, design, build and implement Microsoft 365 stack, including but not limited to SharePoint, Office, Microsoft Purview and the Microsoft Graph.
• A proven track record of hands-on involvement across the delivery lifecycle including facilitating workshops, gathering and assessing needs then translating requirements to solution design, creating test plans, delivering trainings virtually and in person, preparing reports, assessments, roadmaps, and recommendations.
• Crafting data governance, information architecture, and security strategies in the context of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview.
• A commitment to fostering relationships with our clients, and with Microsoft partner ecosystem stakeholders.
• Experience communicating (written and verbal) findings, recommendations, and other deliverables - including technical and business communications - across all client levels through the preparation of reports, presentations, analyses, and other deliverables
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Purview and Power Platform is a strong asset.

• A university degree with a preference for information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a combination of a college diploma and relevant technical experience.
• Microsoft certifications for M365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Engineer are highly desirable.
