DaaS Corporate - Risk Platform, Retail Risk 2 POD and Retail Risk and wealth POD - Risk Data Team provides Retail risk/Wealth Risk data integration and reporting technology services to corporate areas across TD Bank. The team works with Business and Technology partners throughout the Organization on requirements and data analysis, development and implementation of effective solutions for risk data integration and risk reporting, as well as providing operational and support services for corporate and commercial assets across the Bank.

- Support, analysis, design and testing on RRMDM/CRRMA projects and develop/modify code for small enhancements.
- Work with business stakeholders and other SMEs to assess current capabilities, understand high-level business requirements and apply technical background/understanding in the development of System Requirements Specification (SRS) documents.
- Work in the team of data designer/ developer to translate user and/or systems requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Application Owners, Application Managers, and Solution Designers as the business/functional counterpart in solution identification and maintenance.
- Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing; participate in the testing of developed systems/solutions.
- Contribute to the development of project plans by participating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projects.
- Act as a technical resource for business partners to ensure deliverables meet business and end-user requirements.
- Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with leading-edge technologies trends/developments and develop expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery
- Assist in the delivery and maintenance of secure computing facilities and technical infrastructure/architecture to support stakeholders and applications as appropriate.
- Prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines
- Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team

- Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers
CUSTOMER
- Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system processes and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications taking into account non-functional requirements
- Capture and document the traceability of system requirements through design and development, testing, and deployment; ensure the acceptance criteria demonstrates the changes to systems that will meet stakeholder expectations.
- Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
- Provides support/oversight and guidance in the delivery of technology requirements with focus on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation.
- Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise to generate forward-thinking ideas as well as critical thinking to find opportunities for improvement
- May provide operational / process-related analysis and support to various extents

- May support the development of business cases including benefits identification, RFI/RFP and service level agreements with vendors/suppliers consistent with technology requirements/guidelines

BREADTH & DEPTH:
- Sound to Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques
- Sound to Advanced knowledge of systems and applications supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise including design, development, testing and delivery frameworks
- Sound understanding of business supported and business analysis
- May act as a reference for Business Systems Analyst roles
- Leads system requirements management for moderate to high complexity/risk initiatives in alignment with strategies
- Identifies risks and impediments and leads problem resolution for complex issues
- Leads the identification, maintenance, and reporting of traceability of system requirements
- Work performed under minimal guidance and supervision
- Reports to a Manager or Practice Lead
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- Experience with Agile methodology - Plan, develop, test and deploy
- Experience with SQL server management tools and writing queries, with large SQL data marts, relational database experience.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, design, load, and reporting solutions to business partners,
- Experience using JIRA and Change Management tool like service now will be an asset.
- Performs work on all aspects of the business analyst process from end to end (e.g., user requirements, functional specs, test strategy, test plans, scripts, implementation strategy, user training, etc.)
- Familiarity with Information security Principles and Practices at TD, including Change Order process (COs), creation and managing service now tickets related to user /NPID access management would be an asset.
- Actively involved in resolving client applications issues
- Strong technical skills, including but not limited to exposure to SQL queries, data analysis and logical data modeling.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Flexible but disciplined methodical approach to problem solving.
- Understanding of Financial Products including Wholesale banking, Commercial banking and other Assets is an asset.
- Knowledge of .net, Azure, bitbuket will be an asset
